Our production and storage facility in Grootfontein handles carbonization, grading, quality checks and packing under one roof, keeping the process short and traceable from raw hardwood to packed bag.
From facility to container.
Production
Hardwood is carbonized and sorted into Mopane, Mushara or Acacia grade at our Grootfontein facility.
Quality Check
Each batch is checked for piece size, moisture and ash consistency before packing.
Packing
Charcoal is bagged to your specification — standard export bag sizes or custom private-label packing on request.
Container Loading
Containers are loaded and weighed at the facility, with export documentation prepared for customs clearance.
Dispatch
Loaded containers are dispatched to port for onward international shipment.

Every batch is inspected internally for piece size, moisture content and ash consistency ahead of packing. We're also open to facility visits and documentation review from buyers and recognized certification bodies as our export volume grows.
